First of all, Kettlebells are a LOT of fun. But the great thing about kettlebells is you can work on your strength, endurance, and cardio with just this one piece of equipment. They are also extremely safe when doing movements properly (and the movements are very simple to learn) in case you feel like you're uncoordinated 🙂
This class is ONCE a week on Tuesdays for 6-7. If you want a new type of fitness class that is fun - this is for you. I love it, and even though you'll be hating me during the class, you'll appreciate it after!
